From Madrid to Las Vegas and the Washington, D.C. dining scene, Chef José Picazo brings an impressive culinary journey to the table. Trained at the Madrid Cooking Institute, he worked with celebrated chef José Andrés and helped open Jaleo in Bethesda. His experience also includes leading kitchens at Julian Serrano Tapas and Picasso at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, as well as helping open Fabio Trabocchi’s Del Mar in Washington, D.C.
